This time, we'll be doing our regular hour of reading, followed by an activity and discussion led by Certified Health Coach, Jessica Juliano. Come peacefully reset through reading communally and connect with others about how we engage with our phones and the technology around us.
Most of us struggle with checking our phones constantly, feeling easily distracted and at times out of control around our screens. Instead of suffering solo, let's come together for meaningful discussion and a touch of laughter. Leave with empowerment to choose a new way forward.

Jessica Juliano is a Certified Health Coach who specializes in mindful phone and tech use. As a teen, she became addicted to online gaming and experienced firsthand how too much screen time can rob us of meaningful experiences and wellbeing.
