Prayer Pilates: Anniversary Evening of Worship + Mat Pilates

Join us for an intimate evening gathering to celebrate one year of Prayer Pilates through worship + mat pilates.

About this Event💗Prayer Pilates was created as a space where faith and movement could come together, where caring for our bodies could be an extension of caring for our whole selves and where we could slow down, connect with God, and gather in community.

This evening gathering is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of the week and create intentional space for God, movement, and connection. Whether you've been attending Prayer Pilates since the beginning or this is your first time joining us, you are welcome.🫶🏽We'll worship together and move through a faith-centered mat Pilates session with a special worship playlist. We'll close our evening in gratitude as we reflect on God, who God is, grace, one year of Prayer Pilates and look ahead to what God has in store.

Come ready to worship, move, connect, and celebrate.“For in Him we live and move and have our being.” — Ac
