About this event

Powderface Ridge is one of the most scenic hikes near Bragg Creek. We'll start with a steady uphill climb for the first 2 km, but once we reach the ridge, the trail becomes more gradual and opens up to beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains. We'll take regular breaks to catch our breath, enjoy the scenery, and make the most of the day. Please be prepared for strong winds on the ridge and pack extra layers/windbreaker jackets, a toque, gloves... As always with mountain hikes, this trip will depend on the weather. We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and may adjust or cancel if conditions are not suitable for a safe hike. **Description:** Distance: (+ - ) 6 km round trip Duration: 3-4hrs Elevation gain: 509 m **Pace and Difficulty**: It's suitable for most people with a reasonable level of fitness.
