Whether you are navigating mental health challenges or simply seeking a supportive community, you do not have to go through it alone. Meeting Details When: 3rd Thursday of every month Where: VENUE Community Center Cost: Free Amenities: Complimentary coffee and tea provided What We Offer Open Discussion: Express yourself without judgment in an empathetic, safe environment. Practical Tools: Learn and share effective coping mechanisms and local mental health resources. Guest Speakers: Occasional sessions feature guest speakers and local mental health professionals. Facilitator Profile Meetings are facilitated by Dennis Lightheart, former leader with the Mood Meanders peer support program, bringing extensive experience in compassionate, peer-led support.
