A Friendsgiving Ride & Wellness Experience This Thanksgiving season, we're making room for gratitude, good energy, and great company! Join us for a special Friendsgiving experience where movement meets mindfulness and fitness meets fellowship. We'll begin with a guided gratitude meditation to center our minds and open our hearts before turning up the energy for an exciting cycling class led by HARLEM CYCLE Newark!! Spinning Class with amazing energy!!We'll sweat, smile, ride to the rhythm, and celebrate the power of showing up for ourselves and one another. After the ride, we'll slow things down with a grounding exercise, meaningful wellness conversations, and delicious healthy bites as we connect, recharge, and give thanks for the community we're building together. Come for the ride, stay for the vibes, and leave with a full heart, renewe
