About this event

Making your own pasta is both simple and incredibly satisfying. In this 3 hour class, we’ll teach you the basics while making three different types of pasta, and each guest will take home a vacuum-sealed bag of each variety. Is it a class or meal prep? Technically, it’s both! We’ll be using all-purpose flour and a manual pasta machine, and we’ll also demonstrate rolling techniques— but for efficiency, we’ll use a rolling machine.
