About this event

Following a sold-out performance at the National Arts Centre’s Azrieli Studio in 2024, Passarim returns to Ottawa as part of Latin American Heritage Month 2026, this time welcoming Tika, one of the group’s founders and original lead vocalist—for her first-ever performance in Ottawa As the world approaches the 100th anniversary of Antônio Carlos Jobim’s birth, Passarim presents a renewed concert celebrating the legendary composer’s profound connection to Brazil’s birds, rivers, forests, and the stories and traditions that have shaped the country’s cultural identity.
