Explore a new level of connection, movement, and play through the practice of partner yoga.

Bring a romantic partner, a friend, or a family member or come alone and you will be partnered up!You will be guided through active poses and mutually shared stretches. PLUS, you will learn the art of being both a giver and receiver - one offering as the other surrenders deeply into decompressiion poses.
