The Avalon Dragons Breast Cancer Survivors Dragon Boat Team and the Town of Paradise are thrilled to invite you to the 14th Paddle in Paradise Dragon Boat Festival & Family Fun Day. This year, we have 20 teams registered. There will be prizes awarded to the fastest team, the most spirited group, the most enthusiastic drummer and both the team and the individual with the highest pledge total. With food vendors and activities for the kids, you can bring the whole family to cheer on the races. Dragon Boat Races and the moving Carnation Ceremony will be on the Saturday July 18th, 2026 at Octagon Pond in Paradise, NL. In case of bad weather, the festival will go ahead on the alternate weather date of Sunday July 19th, 2026.
