Oktoberfest: Sour Beef & German Beer

We'll be honing in on the culinary side of our German heritage this year. We're digging nearly sixty years deep into the St. Paul's Lutheran Church cookbooks to bring out German favorites like sauerbraten, sausage, dumplings, red cabbage, green beans, salad, cooked apples, and more. We'll accompany that with great desserts, delicious German beer, and plenty of great activities for kids. We'll be using again the Haussner's famous sour beef recipe and are working to perfect it for the event. Genuine Highlandtown heritage coming back to life right here on Clinton Street! This will be a wonderful opportunity for neighbors to learn about our great preschool and to meet our great director and staff! All funds raised from the event will go toward making the school accessible to as many of our neighborhood children as possible. Tickets can be purchased online now at $30, and at the door for $35.
