Instead of one long procession, we're going neighborhood by neighborhood: groups of decorated cars looping through Mountain View, Fairview, Government Hill, and Spenard (or your neighborhoo, then all converging to celebrate together. How it works: 11:30 AM — Staging at Glenn Square Mall Parking Lot (by Michaels). Coffee, donuts, and decorating. Then — Pick your neighborhood loop and roll out with your crew.
