Why we picked it
@ Join us Thursday mornings for Tai Chi and Qigong at the Garden! “CHI” is the universal life force that runs through our bodies. Routine practice of Tai Chi & Qigong can help cultivate our internal energy flow. “NATURE OF CHI”combines seasonal Tai Chi & Qigong to help restore, regulate and awaken our natural body functions. Classes will include warmups, breathwork, a variety of Tai Chi & Qigong movements that connect to the 5 elements, and a short guided meditation to help relax, calm and balance mind, body, and spirit. “NATURE OF CHI” Tai Chi is suitable for all age groups, fitness levels, and does not require any previous Tai Chi or Qigong experience. This is an outdoor program. In the case of poor weather, classes will be moved indoors. Thursdays, July 9 through September 10 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. (10 sessions). Public $150, TBG Members $120 (plus applicable taxes and fees). About David Leopold Sifu David Leopold has b
