Join us for a relaxed Saturday morning of connection, movement, and fresh fall air in Parkville! 🍂
We’ll start by meeting at **Deviant Kava at 9:30am**, where you can grab a coffee, tea, kava, or whatever sounds good and settle in with the group. We’ll hang there for about 30 minutes, then around **10am** we’ll head down together to **English Landing Park** for our walk.
If you joined us for our Morning Connect + Walk in Parkville about six months ago, this is a fun chance to come back together and notice what’s shifted or happened since then!
If this is your first time, you’re absolutely welcome too! No history with the group is needed 💛
The intention for this gathering is to create space to slow down, be present, and spend time with like-minded people.
