This month’s featured spirit is Ilegal Mezcal, giving competitors the opportunity to explore its uniqueness in cocktails. Whether you’re stepping behind the bar or joining us from the audience, expect an evening of creative drinks, community, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. As always, competitors will create a cocktail featuring the night’s spirit, present it to our judges, and battle it out for bragging rights (and a few prizes).
