About this event
Men's Club is a free Saturday-morning lift at Transcend for men 30 and up, especially the ones who used to train hard and want to get back to it. Think bench and chin-ups, overhead press, carries, RD
Ls, and a short conditioning finisher. No burpees. We warm up together, lift in pairs, and get you out the door by 9:00 with the rest of your Saturday ahead of you. It's coached, it's scaled to where you are, and it's as much about the crew as the lift. Most guys show up once because a friend dragged them and then keep coming. Men's Club meets every Saturday at 8:00 AM. No session on Saturday, December 5 (HYROX Sim day). Free and open to the public. Optional donations support the Transcend Athlete Scholarship Fund, which helps young athletes in need train with us. First time? Arrive 10 minutes early and scan the check-in QR at the front desk to sign the waiver (takes about two minutes). Wear training shoes and bring water. All fitness levels welcome. Transcend, 214 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerq
