About this event

Meet the Industry: Pastries Worth Making Room For

Meet the Industry brings together Calgary coffee shop owners, pastry makers, food entrepreneurs and invited guests for an evening of tasting, conversation and new connections.

A great pastry can give customers another reason to stop in—and something extra to add to their coffee order. But finding the right products for your shop means considering taste, pricing, supply and what your customers will come back for.

On October 20, we’re bringing coffee shop owners together to sample pastry options, meet the people behind them and explore potential additions to their menus.

What to expect:

A tasting of pastry options for your café

Introductions to the makers and businesses behind the products

Conversations about wholesale pricing, ordering and supply

Connections with fellow Calgary coffee shop owners
