A warm welcome and intro to me, Pranic Healing, and your fellow meditators
Light movement to prepare your body and settle your mind
A guided Twin Hearts meditation infused with healing energy
Simple exercises to release excess energy and ground yourself
A relaxed closing with time to connect, chat, and enjoy the vibe
What to Bring
There is nothing you need to bring. The meditation will be done seated in chairs.
