For ages 13 & up
Description
Explore the possibilities of creating an edible work of art. Are you inspired to create a scene from a garden, a floral fantasy, a seaside vignette, or an abstract, but totally edible, masterpiece? We'll provide you with the raw dough and an assortment of toppings, including, but not limited to, fresh vegetables, herbs, olives, capers, and roasted peppers. While your bread bakes, we’ll show you how to produce a basic focaccia dough and you’ll sample a selection of focaccia with a variety of toppings and fillings. You'll take your decorated loaf with you at the end of class.
For ages 13 & up. Children 16 and younger must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Menu
