Why we picked it
Lino printing, also called linocut or linoleum block printing, is a relief printmaking method where an image is carved into a linoleum block, inked, and then pressed onto paper or fabric. It’s a favorite of mine for creating cards—I carve a beautiful block and use it to make personalized designs for special occasions. This Class can take anywhere up to 1 1/2 hours up to 3 hours depending on how intricate you decide to get. Doors will open at 5:30 and we will be printing until 9. So feel free to join us when you can. Using specialized tools, the non-printing areas are cut away, leaving the raised surfaces
