Looking for a place to process pregnancy, birth, and/or parenthood? Want to explore your experiences in a new way? Join us for a 5 session, community led support group with an art focus!DATES: October 20th, 27th, November 3rd, 10th, and 17th, 2026TIME: 6-7:30pm
Sam will be hosting a series of 5 sessions designed to give folks an opportunity to explore a their own experiences while working on an art or craft prompt. Supplies provided. While Sam is an art therapy trainee, they are not providing theraputic or clinical services in these sessions- they will not be supervised by a clinical supervisor in this capacity.
NO ART SKILLS ARE NEEDED for this group! This is a fun chance to play around, not a graded or judged environment. You're welcome to participate in any way that feels comfortable including simply being present and connecting.
