Join us Wednesdays at Arabesque World Dance as we celebrate life by feeling wonderfully relaxed and rejuvenated! Flow in to the rest of your week after joining Safiya for a slow vinyasa flow, deep stretch, and meditation class from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Each Class will include breathing meditation, a gentle Vinyasa flow, and deep stretching and strengthening poses, ending with a relaxing Savasana. Everything is guided for beginners to easily follow.
