Join me for a 90-minute Kundalini Activation group session in Miami — with a grounded focus on body awareness, emotional expression, and exploring a sense of ease.
Rather than seeking a particular spiritual experience, we'll bring attention to what's present: physical sensations, emotions, movement, or stillness. There is nothing you need to achieve and no "right" way to experience the session.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We'll begin with an introduction to the practice and what to expect. During the session, you'll be invited to lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and listen to music while I facilitate.
You may notice sensations, spontaneous movement, emotions, or a quieter internal experience. Responses vary, and a subtle experience is just as welcome as an expressive one.
