Our Club Mission is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which Members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Club Members work the Toastmasters International educational Pathways program. The 10 Pathways are: Dynamic Leadership, Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Leadership Development, Motivational Strategies, Persuasive Influence, Presentation Mastery Strategic Relationships, Team Collaboration, and Visionary Communication. Guests are welcome to attend and will be asked to introduce yourself to the club by stating their name, how they found our club and what motivated them to attend. Guests have an opportunity to win an award in Table Topics specifically for rebuttal statements (30 seconds to 1 minute).
