Why we picked it

Join us for a 6 or 10 km walk, rated 2B, starting from the Henderson Rec Centre, 2291 Cedar Hill X Road, Saanich V8P 5H9. Please park on the street, not in the parking lot. Look for a group of walkers gathered at the picnic tables just past the Recreation Centre's main entrance. Please plan on arriving at least by 9:45 for registration. We have selected the Ten Mile Point routes. These are lovely walks which both include a stretch along the beach at Cadboro Bay and the beautiful Mystic Vale. The 10 km route also includes the quiet country roads and parks of 10 Mile Point. Both are rated 2B. Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 10 to 12 people; on weekends typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people. New walkers always welcome.
