Invitation to Pause: A November Forest & Sound Bathing Offering

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down and simply be? Join us for a restorative Forest & Sound Bathing Gathering, where the gentle beauty of nature meets the soothing vibrations of sound. Guided by a forest therapy guide and a sound therapist, you'll be invited to slow your pace, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the natural world. As you settle into the peaceful surroundings of the forest, the resonant tones of singing bowls and other instruments will offer space for rest, reflection, and relaxation. This is time just for you — to step away from the demands of everyday life, breathe a little deeper, and receive the simple gifts of being present in nature. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, longing for quiet, or simply curious to experience something new, you are warmly welcome. Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded, relaxed, and connected.
