Why we picked it

@ Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of silverpoint drawing! Discover the fascinating qualities of silverpoint, a drawing medium favoured during the Middle Ages and Renaissance by old masters, such as Leonardo Da Vinci and Albrecht Dürer. Participants will create an original silverpoint drawing of a leaf onto a prepared board that will develop warm brown tones as it ages. Beginners welcome.   Each attendee will receive a silver drawing pencil and learn how to continue using this medium beyond the classroom.   Saturday, September 12, 1 to 4 p.m. Public $70, TBG Members $65 (plus applicable taxes and fees).   About Alan Li Artist and conservationist Alan Li uses pencils, ink and paint to document the wonders of the natural world. Alan’s mission is to build connections to nature through arts-based education.
