Why we picked it

The cultures, stories and songs of Indigenous People will be shared at Indigenous Sounds Now, curated by Elaine Bomberry. Guiding this musical journey is Host Donna Sound, who is a reporter for CTV’s National News ‘Indigenous Circle’. The incredible range of vibrations go from the heart felt beats of the Eagleheart Singers & Drummers, a traditional Pow Wow drum, DJ’s Classic-Roots and DJ Kimivn who blend Electronica fusion with Indig rhythms. The Healers bring some of their good ole’ Six Nations soulful blues. Nadjiwan also hits the stage with powerful lyrics and real slick alt-rock grooves.
