In Remembrance

In Remembrance Join Amabile Singers on Sunday, November 8 at 3 pm, at St. Paul’s Church, Charlottetown as we remember our veterans, past and present. On the program will be the seven movements of John Rutter’s beautiful Requiem. In addition the program will include Edward Elgar's "Lux Aeterna;" "In Remembrance," from Eleanor Daley's Requiem; Reginald Unterseher's "The Steady Light;" and Randall Thompson's "Alleluia." The voices of our four-part chamber choir will be richly enhanced by our own Sara White on piano, and Rowan Fitzgerald on saxophone, and by guest instrumentalists Tsai Yu Hsuan on cello, and Don Fraser on organ. Come listen, remember, honour and be immersed in beautiful melodies and haunting lyrics, and feel the presence of those who have sacrificed much for us.
