Join DEN Meditation and Christina Joy for a one-hour EDM Breathwork® experience designed as an opening ritual for Dreamstate. It’s an intentional beginning: music, breath, meditation, movement & community, all coming together as everyone decides how they want to enter the weekend.

Moving between seated & standing practices, we’ll guide you through:

Nervous system regulation to ground your energy before the excitement begins
