About this Event
Hompvks Ci (hum-bucks-jay), “You all eat!” Enjoy the vibrant flavors of Mvskoke Traditional foods prepared by elder Carol Tiger. Known for her cooking at her church and in the community, her recipes are a legacy from her mother and other elders, perfected over the years. Whether cooking for a church gathering, banquet, food demonstration, or her family, she brings knowledge and good intentions to her dishes. As she shares her gift of making her foods, she also hopes to share her culture.
This workshop is a partnership with TCC’s Native American Student Alliance. Eventbrite Reservation Required Limited Seating Also check out other in Tulsa, Workshops in Tulsa.
