This September, we’ll be offering our Orange HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test): A standardized, HYROX-inspired benchmark designed to help you measure your performance and track your progress as you prepare for a HYROX race. 📅 Sunday, September 13 at 1:15 PM What you need to know: $30 per participant  This is not a race simulation. It’s a benchmark workout designed to give you a consistent way to measure your fitness and progress over time. Your finish time can also be used as a general guideline when considering which HYROX division may be the best fit for you at a local HYROX event. Suggested HYROX Division Guidance (minutes): 15:00–25:00: HYROX Pro 25:00–35:00: HYROX Open Single 30:00–40:00: HYROX Doubles 35
