Howl-oween Spooky Mongrel and Haunted Hound Celebration

It's our most fun event of the entire year! We're announcing our *7th Annual* St. Philip's Plaza Market HOWL-OWEEN Celebration! Come join us once again for the biggest - and cutest - furry friend costume contest in Tucson with all-day fun, giggles and tail wags!
