How is Prime Minister Carney doing in Reshaping Government?

It has been less than a year and a half since Mark Carney was elected Prime Minister, less than two years since Donald Trump assumed the presidency, and a year since Kevin G Lynch and James R. Mitchell published their book – A New Blueprint for Government. During this time, PM Carney has totally reversed most of the signature policies of the Trudeau government and, unexpectedly, become the global leader of the Trump resistance. Trump has set new lows for how disruptive, dangerous and dumb his presidency would be. And the book? It called for a new policy direction focussing on productivity and growth, feared that Trump 2.0 would be a disruptive challenge for everyone, and identified needed reforms in defence, security, and national policing.
