Feeling overwhelmed by holiday commitments? Missing loved ones who are no longer with you? Worried about affording gifts for your family?While the holidays are often associated with joy and celebration, they can also bring stress, grief, and loneliness. You’re not alone, and there are ways to navigate this challenging time.
Join us for a free community event to explore ways to cope with the holiday blues and find joy in the season. Roots & Roads Community Hospice Foundation will give a presentation on navigating the holidays, followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with fellow community members.
