**Meeting location:** Hartwood Acres Park, 4100 Middle Road Parking Lot by the Hartwood Acres wooden sign. **All hikes begin at the designated time with no exceptions!** We will be hiking in all conditions unless notified in advance.

Welcome to the Beat the Blues Wellness Adventure Group! Join us for a guided hike of the Hartwood Acres forest trails!

Before your first hike with us, please note the following:

Regarding endurance: **hikes last about 2.5 hours or so, are hilly, and stretch for about 5-1/2miles**. Please take this pace into consideration before attending. We will **not** stop to wait for stragglers. You will need to keep up or reverse course and go back.

Bring water. Bathroom facilities exist at the start & end point with a possible mid-hike stop at the mansion which has indoor bathrooms.

Attendance: **Do not reserve a spot if you aren't serious about attending!** The event is limited
