Hello Cloud is the very first event from the AWS Student Builder Group at USask, the newest and first AWS chapter on campus. No AWS or cloud experience needed at all, this is built for complete beginners as much as anyone with some background. Here's what to expect: * A quick welcome and icebreaker to meet the group * A guest speaker from the tech industry sharing their career journey * A guided walkthrough of the AWS console * A hands on Amazon EC2 workshop, where you'll deploy your own live website * A demo of AWS Amplify * Food and networking to close things out Come as you are, whether you've never touched AWS or you're already building things. All majors and all years are welcome. Free entry, food provided. Bring yourself and a laptop for live hands-on!
