Healing through Music and Art

Give yourself permission to play, express, and explore through creativity.

Healing Through Art is a relaxed, supportive space where you can create freely- whether that means coloring inside the lines, outside the lines, or somewhere in between.

Through simple, guided art activities, we’ll use creativity as a tool for emotional expression, stress relief, and self-connection. No artistic skill is required- this is about the process, not the product.

Facilitated by Ashli, a certified Peer Support Specialist and Recreational Therapy student, this experience is grounded in inclusivity, accessibility, and the belief that creativity is a powerful pathway to healing.

Come unwind, get a little messy, and reconnect with yourself in a new way.
