Hello ladies. We have our annual 7 day challenge coming up in January and I'm thinking of adding a private group Tower Reformer class at Core Pilates. The cost will be $40 per person and it will be either Saturday, January 9th or 16th.

Don't know what a tower reformer class is? Check the links below. (It's not as scary as it looks I promise.) Melissa is a fantastic instructor, and the owner of Core Pilates, and is great with modifications. It's not easy, but it is low impact.

As a lot of you know, I have terrible knees but can do probably 99% of the moves with no stress to them. It's not easy, but it is low impact.
