Hands-On Cooking Class: Fall Floral Cupcakes

In this class, you will learn several piping techniques, from filling a piping bag to positioning and correct pressure. You will also discover how to make the Swiss Merengue Buttercream that will be used in class as well. The bonus is taking home the Autumn bloom cupcakes you’ve created! About the Chef: Chef Elizabeth Lindberg has been cooking with her gourmet chef father since childhood, and in 2007, graduated from The French Pastry School in Chicago. With nearly 20 years of experience as a pastry chef, she is passionate about making French patisserie approachable. She loves teaching culinary classes and finds joy in seeing her students realize their culinary potential, all while making her parents proud.
