RUN • WALK • BUILD ENDURANCE • FIND YOUR PACE Join the Fun Fitness Fun Run Team on Monday evenings as we work on speed, endurance, confidence, and finding a pace that works for YOU! This is not just for experienced runners. Whether your child wants to run a future 5K, get faster for another sport, build endurance, or simply walk/run and have fun with friends, they belong here. Throughout the Fall season, we'll use games, running challenges, intervals, relays, speed work, and progressively longer distances as we work toward celebrating the season together at a local 5K. 🏃 All running & fitness levels welcome 👟 Run, jog or walk — find YOUR pace 👨👩👧 Kids & families welcome 💲 Always FREE 📍 ECC Parking Lot • Flour Bluff Community ⏰ Mondays • 6:30–7:30 PM Registration is encouraged, but never required to participate.
