This season invites us into sharp focus, intentional preparation, release, and inner strength as we move through the shifting energy of the year. Join us October 24th at 8:00 AM as we gather for an early celebration of the Hunter’s Full Moon.
In this special workshop, Noemi & Juana will guide you through a practice of releasing, focusing, breathing, and aligning. Noemi will begin by preparing the body through a grounding yoga session, gently creating space to connect inward. From there, we will slowly transition into a restorative Reiki session with Juana, allowing the body, mind, and energy to soften, receive, and realign.
Come take this time for yourself—to pause, release what no longer serves you, gather your strength, and reconnect with what matters most.
