There are moments when we are invited to slow down.
To step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with ourselves and listen to what has been quietly asking for our attention.
Held under the energy of the Full Moon, this Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony is an invitation to gather in an intentional space for reflection, connection and release.
The Full Moon represents illumination and completion. It can be a beautiful time to acknowledge what has come to the surface, celebrate how far we have travelled, and create space for what we are ready to welcome next.
We will begin our evening by arriving together, grounding into the body and setting an intention for our practice.
From there, we will share ceremonial cacao.
Cacao has been used ceremonially for generations and is often associated with connection, presence and the heart. We will drink our cacao slowly and intentionall
