Whether you are traveling for the holidays and want to set aside some time for a wonderful seasonal meal with friends or just want to try out some new recipes before the big day, join us for a festive meal filled with seasonal ingredients. You'll improve your knife skills as you create a tart and palate cleansing salad filled with apples, arugula, and sesame seeds; roast an turkey breast; that has been slathered with herbs and butter; produce a sage, bread and pork dressing; bake a sweet potato casserole with a crispy sorghum syrup and peanut topping; and combine cranberries with cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, resulting in an aromatic relish to garnish your plate.
