Free Yoga Fridays

Hey you guys !! Were doing our last outside free yoga Friday event oct16th 6:30 at Chickasaw Park!!! This event is special because I am participating in Louisvilles Tree week with Trees

Louisville I got a good in-depth look at what they do this week and got to volunteer to help a few lovely sistas the opportunity to get free trees planted at there house it was sooo cute�� My event will focus on the ways we as a people can connect with nature and trees and how vital they are. I will hand out tree information and we will end our session with some forest bathing and meditation exercises. As we always do all fun things are allowed I will have a small treat for my first 8 ladies (times is tuff) who show up� as always I love you all and cannot wait to see you.
