Join us for a 50-minute guided transformative free form movement experience. Tune into your mind-body magic, explore your inner world and embody freedom! This will be an exhilarating event to deepen self connection and express yourself through intuitive movement.
Be prepared to open your mind and heart to new possibilities within yourself. This practice will help you to feel "in your body" and awakened to the present–where blessings abundantly flow. Follow it up with our from 12:00 to 1:00.Dress comfortably. No shoes but wearing socks or socks with grips is recommended. Bring your H20 and a towel to keep dry, if it applies.
