Finlayson Island dayhike

Why we picked it

We had a suggestion awhile back to explore the trails on Finlayson Island near the Battlefords. There are a network of 20kms of trails, so we can plan on hiking most of them. Bring lots of water and snacks. Good footwear, hat, sunscreen, bug spray.... We can meet at the Tim Hortons on Marquis drive by Sasktel center and Northend Costco at 9am. There are some of us that are planning on going to North Battleford Provincial Park after for camping and possibly more hiking. You are all more than welcome to join, but required to book your own campsite. We will organize carpooling details before leaving Saskatoon whether you are dayhiking or camping.
