Why we picked it
Hi friends, As we move into June, we continue our journey through the universal principles with the Law of Polarity. This principle reminds us that everything exists on a spectrum — that what we often see as opposites are in fact connected, with many degrees in between. Experiences like stress and calm, frustration and ease, or resistance and acceptance aren’t fixed states, but points along a continuum. In this session, we’ll explore how recognizing these ranges can shift the way we respond to what we’re experiencing. Through reflection, group discussion, and simple practices, we’ll look at how small internal shifts can move us along that spectrum — often more than we expect. This month, we’ll also be gathering outdoors at Rockcliffe Park, meeting at the picnic tables beside the accessible washrooms. As with all of our venues, the space is accessible, and we’ll keep the conversation grounded and open. Looking forward to continuing this conversation together in a new setting. * **
