This fall, Blue Zones Project Bakersfield and Pilates Barre invite you to a community sound bath at the Point at Belcourt, an intimate morning of rest and renewal set against the crisp air of the season. No experience necessary, simply arrive and let the sound carry you. Afterward, join us at Vecchio's at 10:15 for an elevated conversation on women's health with Dr. Claudia Carranza of Adventist Health, paired with a seasonal lunch generously provided by Adventist Health.

Schedule:

Arrival: 8:30 a.m.

Soundbath: 9 a.m.Q&A with Dr. Carranza lunch provided by Adventist Health: 10:15 a.m. An Eventbrite sign up does not guarantee a spot. We use Eventbrite to measure interest in our free events.
