Are you looking for connection and a safe space to relax? Do you feel sensitive, different, exhausted by survival, or disconnected from your own inner knowing? Join us for ENERGY, SOUND + SOUL — a therapeutic combination of *REIKI* energy work, immersive *SOUND HEALING* and *GUIDED MEDITATION* through body scan — EVERY SECOND SATURDAY @ 3PM 🔥 This monthly practice creates an intentional container designed to help regulate your nervous system, moving you out of a state of stress and into rest and relaxation. Participants will receive a soothing flow of Reiki energy through each note played using a drum, ocean drum, crystal quartz bowls, and koshi chimes.
