Hailey Kupiak, a Winnipeg based educator, professional coach, and mental health advocate, she will led our upcoming Empower
ED conversation on Foundations of Self Care. Drawing on her experience with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Manitoba and Winnipeg, Hailey will share practical, evidence based strategies to support mental well being, manage stress and anxiety, and build healthy self care habits.
